I’ve gone beyond affair allegations and leaving at the alter ….I mean after Aman’s demons are caged and Vik is back and all the grovelling and MU dust has settled and they both acknowledge Vik is the father……..

don’t want it to drag into Kumar vs Khanna custody battles as our resident lawyer Ayesha will tear Vik to pieces….though that will be fun to watch too.

We thought he dug his own grave during the fake engagement saga. What he has done here I don't even know how to describe it He signed away his parental rights.

No Yaar , he can grovel, I don't want Mannat to melt at any cost and ask for proof. Mannat really needs to come back as a badass entrepreneur like you said who is independent and needs no men in her life 🤞

Word in the streets is DK is going to give his name to the baby. It may get messier with DK's involvement.

This is my pain point, why does Dua even need his name. Why can't they show independent woman who doesn't need men to live their life . Where is the rule book for having a baby , how come Shurti raised Mannat as a single mom 🙄

On a serious note though……would a court (in India) grant him access to his child?

Given he made accusations of his wife having an affair, left her at the altar, verbally abused her in public…but he could cite his emotional breakdown on discovering his birth ‘truths’ that day…..and he didn’t know she was pregnant before they parted ways?

Could Mannat argue he wasn’t of good character or even a danger to their child? Certainly those living with him…so fight joint custody just grant visitation rights at best?

It would be a very hard case on his part I guess.

Not with all he said and did especially cheating her (yes what he did will be considered cheating now since he left her at the altar after promising marriage) court will be on Mannat's side since he not just abandoned Mannat but the baby too.

Unless Vikrant is able to prove they are married and the baby is not born out of wedlock and bring up bold .Then it might go the divorce case instead of custody battle which the court will give them 6 months to reconcile.

Red - she should argue this why not. He pushed her, shoved her , CA her in front of so many people who can vouch for this.

That really is far more complicated than need be…..unless there’s something behind this, like threat from ARS?

Mannat didn’t have a father’s name ….. she faced some societal shunning but mostly from SM witches, but 25 years later even in India I don’t think it’s needed. Mannat is so independent and resilient. Neetu won’t be happy either, not that that matters. And causes lies fir the child when she grows up….just like Mannat (and Vikrant) had.

Feels more like to drag out the MU storyline and Vik’s redemption arc.
