But November to hum Sambhal rahe the na? Yeh plan mein change kab hua? Like from start to end, shouldn't it have been Vera and mine to handle? Vera even had the siggies ready, the draft was ready.

Infact, we were waiting for people to update their logs till today because we didn't want to rush.

In future, it would be appreciated if volunteers are given the space to work on their time. We weren't delaying because we were off the schedule, we delayed coz we wanted people to have their space.

It seems, there is a big confusion. At least you should've mentioned it prior to my post! Happily, I preferred to relax for a while. Anyway, I am sorry for this situation. Let us better communicate before posting from now onwards.

While checking the October results thread, I saw Vera's winner siggies. Those were excellent. I am requesting both of you--- please post the Dec Results thread and requesting Vera to keep those winner siggies, let us use those with changes in Dec results thread.

Now wait a minute. Shibz and Vera were the ones managing the month of November and were supposed to post the results. They even asked me for help to check the names so far and everything. So did they hand over the results to you to post suddenly and I missed something?

@ Bold: Why should they have mentioned it? They signed up to organize the month. You should have checked with them. That's your responsibility not theirs. This is on you, not them.
