I personally feel that BRC was Lizzie’s brainchild and we should just pause or discontinue it for now until she is back.

If a member is taking responsibility, they should be given complete reign of the contest. Or if someone has another idea then may be something new can be started.

And completely agree with you. Shibu and Vera did a fabulous work together hosting the contest but their efforts were all sidelined at the end.

I had already clarified in my very first post itself that there was a miscommunication, and I shared my point of view, and expressed regret for any confusion caused. I hold deep respect for every member’s creative efforts and the excellence they bring to this forum.

However, it is important to remember that publicly attacking or criticising a DT member is against the IF COC rules. Several posts continued to question the DT without being aware of the background context or the facts, which is also not appropriate.

To review the situation and to prevent further strain on the harmony of this space, I am temporarily locking the thread. This pause is only to ensure that relationships here remain respectful and healthy.

Once again, my heartiest congratulations to all our readers, participants, and graphicers for their wonderful contributions here.

Let us move forward with mutual respect, clarity, and understanding.

Wait..wait, in the previous months,in June, July, in August and in Oct Lizzie posted the announcement thread, and I posted the results. I followed that, but, just now I checked, in September, it was announced and posted Results in the same thread by Lizzie, because, I was busy travelling at that time.

Even Vijay mentioned at that time, better to post separately and make results thread GA because, the badges are good. I mentioned this to Lizzie as well.

It seems, there is a big confusion. At least you should've mentioned it prior to my post! Happily, I preferred to relax for a while. Anyway, I am sorry for this situation. Let us better communicate before posting from now onwards.

While checking the October results thread, I saw Vera's winner siggies. Those were excellent. I am requesting both of you--- please post the Dec Results thread and requesting Vera to keep those winner siggies, let us use those with changes in Dec results thread.
