Wow caught with the episode. The episode was so good. Except for Mihir Noina angle for the past one week the episodes have been honestly very good. They just need to clear that Mihir Noina night. Loved Tulsi with Parth, rithik and others. Love to see such wholesome family scenes ❤️ Even Pari is been tolerable these days minus remembering her past kaands which she has still not been exposed and punished for. Liking Mitali post vrindang’s wedding. She’s fun to watch, and not to forget the detective is doing great job. 👏

I’m kinda baffled with the way they’re handling Pari here. She’s clearly not meant to be a good character but here they are showing her in such an inconsistent manner.

This girl is so self-absorbed that she doesn’t care her father had a woman chasing after him, she hoped he hooked up with said woman to get back at her mother. She taunts her mother for her appearance and her weight, she had no qualms about treating Ajay’s family the way she did and while at Ajay’s she was not exactly thrilled with doing housework especially in the kitchen, she ruined the halwa that Tulsi wanted to teach her to make just the other day and yet we see her going to kitchen soon after, all by herself and attempting to make multiple things at the same time.

Then this girl suddenly lands up at the chawl to meet Ranvijay’s parents, who aren’t even shown in a followup scene. Like she’s the sort to care about her future in-laws, given her approach towards her parents.

She has no concerns or even a single thought to spare about her brother when she lands at the chawl, she doesn’t try to see him or meet him or just see what he’s doing, to talk to him; but she finds her kicks in stalking Vrinda’s online profiles and has a good enough recall memory to recognise her nephew from some random picture she saw on Vrinda’s account.

She’s taunting Tulsi left, right and centre; is openly defiant of her and unlike the Tulsi of S1 who wouldn’t have taken this sort of a treatment silently, let it go on unpunished ending up in a lesson… this Tulsi just never reacts to her. I understand Tulsi not reacting on certain things Pari does thinking she’s immature while Tulsi has to be the mom here, some things she can pass up on because she doesn’t want Mihir to be upset with her even more; but what in the world is stopping her from schooling Pari from some basic manners regarding how to behave with her mother? Why is everyone else including Shobha, Hrithik, Parth so chilled about the way Pari treats Tulsi too? If Tulsi can’t do anything why can’t Shobha get angry at her little sister regarding the way she treats their mom and behaves with her? What will Pari do at most? Complain to Mihir about Shobha? Well… Shobha can very well argue with her dad for her mom’s dignity too and simply tell her dad that just because he has his favourite child in Pari doesn’t mean she’s allowed to humiliate their mom whenever she wants and get away with it.

What argument or logic can Mihir counter that basic lesson in manners with? Would he expect his children or want them, especially his darling daughter to mistreat their mom? For all his faults, I don’t think so.

We even saw Pari mention Sapola S7 yesterday, an obvious reference to Naagin which can work given Ekta is the producer and both networks are now owned by the Ambanis; but Pari doesn’t seem the sort to have any interest in Indian TV shows except for memes perhaps or maybe it could be a guilty pleasure but her personality has been so inconsistent that we can’t say anything about what her likes or dislikes maybe beyond what’s expected from the likes of her.

Seems like the writers are confused about what to do with her and are trying out new things with her but nothing sticks.
