Kajal asked for her shares, just divide the property into 4parts between madhav, kajal, manoj and kaveri. Make a will for kaveri's shares, it can be divided among her 3 kids or for the one who look after her. Or put ph in her name only and simply ask everyone to live in poddar house till she was alive and divide other assests leaving a sum for her in her old days.
