Why is Kareena not popular on Insta?

She is a bonafide superstar. Same league as Deepika, Alia, PC, Katrina, Shradha but her followers on Insta just don't sync with her stardom. These ones have followers from 80M to 95M range. Even mid level actresses like Kiara, Kriti have more followers in 40-50M range..even Sonam has in 30M range. Even Malaika has around 20M but kareena sits below them all at 13.6M

How and why?

It cannot all be fake as well. I mean if someone comes with that reason. I am sure 70-80% are organic which still makes these in her league miles ahead of bebo on Insta.

I like her content

Her rise to stardom were movies like jab we met, K3G a while ago if movies like them released for the first time now her followers would be more

Kareena is older than all of them

Veere was a while ago and Crew were hits on her shoulders

Most other films like Singham are multistarrers on Ajay’s (arguably Akshay and Ranveer’s) shoulders

yes but katrina also joined insta when she was out of her prime phase..when she was giving flops..but her followers showed a different trend..in fact kareena is probably the only one still giving hits on her shoulders..

Some stars have their spouse s followers also following them i think. So they get double the no.

Kareena joined instgram very late, post Covid i think.

Some actresses buy followers also.

AB sr also has around 37M. He deserves more maybe.

DP, Alia, PC, Shraddha,etc all have fake followers. Their engagement ratio is very low compared to the followers they have. I think Katrina has the best engagement ratio among all of them.

I didn't bring up the guys coz they will lag behind the girls when it comes to socials..be it likes or followers..not only in celebs..i feel girls just have a stronger activity rate when it comes to SM!

They all have good engagement depends on the content..if katrina's pregnancy announcement hit a record 10M..dp's dua face reveal.hit 12M..PC normally has poor engagement but globetrotter press pictures crossed 4M..her and nick fam pictures also show a higher rate..SK has the most likes in solo pictures compared to the rest..mostly crossing 2,3M and she has not yet had the booster moment of marriage/pregnancy/child posts..

Kareena in comparison to her followers hits above 1M in candid fam pictures..solo mostly end in less than 500K..decent activity compared to the followers.

So i don't think top A list has fake followers..the engagement goes very high when they make a special post..they may have less active followers in comparison who do not like every picture
