, just look at the posters and you can clearly see who is the main lead. The teaser was ranveers intro, he was there throughout the teaser, the trailer was the intro to all other characters, its literally as simple as that.

Gabbar made sholay what it is. Bobby Deol did it for Animal. These fab stars have done it for Dhurandhar.

The hype is more than Prabhas and Mahesh Babu films. The opening will be lesser because of smaller fanbase. But part 2 will explode.

The Pati-Patni have figured out the perfect survival hack. If the movie works, it’s because they are superstars carrying the film. If it tanks, they were just cameos or barely in the trailers anyway.

Varanasi is far away from its release date. It is not a fair comparison. Trailer creates maximum buzz for a movie.

Yes,It was a very big event. Obviously,it got lot of eyeballs,after all it is an SSR film.I wanted to know its hype. You may disregard it. I posted graphs of unreleased big films. Once the film releases..the graphs flatten and are unreadable.

Tere Ishq mein is an easy double digit opening..because the interest has sustained since the trailer.

Everyone who watches a film trailer,doesn't watch the film. The sustained interest is what gives us a feel of how the film might open.

Many times, trailers disappoint. The Raja Saab's teaser , released months back,did better, because,people were curious.

Looks like you gave a description for Ranbir and Alia. Ranbir Kapoor's shamshera, Ranbir Kapoor's Bombay Velvet all along but post release it is the director's fault. Also are we forgetting how it was Alia Bhatt's Jigra became Vasan Bala's and Vedang's Jigra? In Ranveers case it is the opposite check how it was Rohit Shettys Cirkus all along promotions and how it became Ranveer's Cirkus after release. See the difference!

Kahaani Abhi Baaki Hai mere dost. Wait for Ranveer character to unleash the carnage at the Big screen. We already saw enough glimpses of him in the Teaser.
