I think Farrhana is being praised for her effort in the show. Rohit said that it shows how much she is trying to take it to a point. People may like her or dislike her, but there is no doubt that she puts that effort in the show. And I don't think Gaurav was bashed. When the WKV is revolving around you, it is an opportunity to put forth your point.

I like Farrhana because I like how she puts her points in a clear-cut way. I can see her effort to give content. I can see her personality, including the negatives too.

If we take away the contestants like Farrhana, Tanya, Amaal and Kunicka and to some extent Shehbaz and Pranit, who are putting effort into the show, and put all the contestants who are like GK then the show would be boring. Some people who like GK are like, at least he is not using bad words, and he is better than other contestants and not because they see his personality as a whole.

Just because Farhana shouts on top of her lungs, makes derogatory remarks towards everyone, fights over pointless shit doesn't mean she provides value to the house. It shows she's a vile piece of trash desperate for camera to be on her at all times.

Gk is not contributing on what basis and how are others doing more and while he's doing nothing? He puts forth his opinions, does all the tasks, does housework duties and yes can entertain with his one liners/mimicry. So what's the criteria?

GK detractors love rehashing this garbage narrative that he's "not doing nothing" while conveniently never bringing up good reasons for it because they have nothing else to use against him.
