Sadly I cannot even think of a reference point where Vik had to face this kind of heartbreaking dilemma... he has been kept away from everything very nicely.

He has hid the fake proposal aspect from her... but that too was for his own benefit...

Not trying to justify Mannat... but I am genuinely wondering what he would have done if the places were swapped??? Or to make is more neutral if it was not Mannat but RoTu?

I don't know about Mannat and Vikrant, but if I were Mannat or Vikrant, I would stay the hell away from the 25 year old crime, RoTu and DK. Think about how to prepare my partner who may accidentally come across the truth someday , since one wasn't conceived and the other was a toddler

My problem is with the supposed topic they have chosen for MU and separation...

Amans truth by itself (even Vish version) is explosive enough for a MU... they dont need to shove Mannat DK on our faces... however innocent and pure it maybe.

We could have accepted DK being saviour anyway... it doesnt need to be insinuated and triggered in every other episode.

And this is me who likes DK...

Placing DK muddies the relationship unnecessarily... leap and separation can happen without polluting the only sane and dedicated friend/brother ManVik have got 💔

Bold Red is the problem since ARS was outed. They wasted 1 month on her molestation scenes with DK, then her solo performances not 😡 . Where as the focus should have instead been on ManVik wedding which they promised and Aman track where focus should have been RoTu, Vikrant, Mannat, Vish, DK, Raveena, Puneet . The makers are obsessed with her 🙄

No, the writing will not improve. I am sure now.

I will still say TRPS are not great now, so even if they had got Manvik married and then continued, there's nothing for TRP to drop further. In fact, it may have increased with a proper wedding track for the leads. Even with no competition, their TRPs are stuck at 1.2!

So what and why exactly are they planning this leap is a mystery. They have been making some mistakes, that they cannot retract from now. This leap is another one of those.

- Making ARS confess to everything at one go was the first mistake. Now, how will she come out of her Asma disguise and enjoy the money she wants. She is a wanted criminal.

- Malla should have gone for a short break and come back. Replacing ARS with Malla & Vishakha was a huge mistake. Or they should have cast a very strong actor for Vishakha.

- Hiding the Aman truth is a mistake by the characters..Rotu, Mannat, DK, but story wise it has potential for drama.

- They could have had a random track now with the wedding track and gone for the Aman track 2 months later, with a leap even 3-4 months later.

- This track was lacklustre because of the constant presence of Malla.

- Even Aman track, Raveena should have also had the chance to add drama , for her share of the Saluja empire.

Pata nahi, I am just not getting a good feel about this leap, whatever permutations combinations we try..

am I missing something 😵‍💫

in the telecast episodes DK/Mannat scenes turn out to be shown as innocent and respectful and so far Vik accepting of them as such. Is Vik going to mu something in the upcoming episodes to the extent he doesn’t think the baby (if Mannu/he know about it) is his?

At this stage it doesn’t seem that PH wants to strive for increasing trp……rather coast on the stable trps which the 2+ARS vamps serving plots on ManVik are giving them…..….maybe introducing a baby in the misery factor may give a mini boost 😡

No... theres nothing like that in the episodes...

I am ranting over this based on all the articles and videos who say this could be the reason for separation...

You’re right to point out Vik hasn’t been in grey situations and faced with making decisions that affect someone else.

pink - even when he could see it was paining Mannu a lot he didn’t tell her or break off the fake engagement, but got further em by Malla to wait . He could reflect that Mannu also wanted to tell but em stopping her.

Blue - I don’t recollect Selim saying anything about ARS…I’m trying to recall what happened when he realised it was his father sending the puzzle pieces? That was after he was shot so couldn’t confront him…..but he did tell Cennet? Will have to go back to refresh 🫩
