All I am saying is that she does it on purpose. She instigates people to an extent that their emotions reach a peak. We have seen this in her graph.

It's not about blaming or excluding reactors. It's about observing Hana as a person and her capacity to instigate. When it's a trend, you start doubting the person who is atthe core of it.
