DK and Mannat share a pure bond, Mannu respects him because she knows he’s Vik’s elder brother. Bringing in a pregnancy track at this stage wouldn’t make sense. Such storylines usually appear after a certain number of episodes, especially when the channel issues warnings or the show comes under the scanner. Running major plots as subplots would be absurd. The show is already dealing with amnesia; adding more complications won’t help.
