I guess now in show bizz world everyone wants to look good. Even look at mouni how she was before and how she is now. Some actors shine after that some faces backslash. Aditi bhi without that she was a side actor. After doing that she rose to fame. So i am neutral about it in the end they must be doing it for their work and to get projects.

Show business is very glamorous and everyone needs to go under knife at some point to retain their career.No judging that but atleast get a good doctor.Bwood actresses are actually going for foreign doctors especially from South Korea that's why they are getting the best services
