I kinda agree on this. Why risk being targetted . Amal toh wants and is waiting for this to happen , they have been brainwashing Mridul since two weeks as well. Probably everything has gotten to him. Not that he is trustworthy but now its easier for him to get away so he is using the opportunity to show his individual play.

Not just Amaal , Tanya has been trying that too and I think they know Mridul is the easiest to manipulate. Given the feedback he has been receiving , he will try to break away.
