It's Dadisa's property, she should be free to give it whoever she wants, plus Ab has helped her in her bad times, it ain't Tanya because usko aake sirf ek saal hua hai. Toh why she is jealous of Ab, or thinking they should be equal ? Doesn't make sense.
Haan Ik Dadi has been partial, ab bhi she's being partial but ... It's a gift and something she has earned. If Rohit had been there, it should go to him, by extension Ruhi. (If you are speaking property split wise), & Armaan, by extension Ab.

From where is daadisa getting so much money for this expensive gift distribution ceremony. Chormaan and Abhira are not earning that much which means daadi is again getting money from poddar firm which is currently being managed by krish and phuphasa who have returned everything now.
Daadi did wrong by being partial. If abhira took care of her for seven years then phuphasa helped her when her own sons were not capable enough.
And one thing is clear this whole bunch of lawyers is nothing without poddar firm which has mostly been managed by phuphasa more than anyone in the family.

Even hindu succession act says that . So by that her children married or not.
