Incoming rant for a fanfic i followed casually because of another story

After 2 books and 200+ chapters later, leads still fought like school kids, they didn't say I love you, they are married but didn't have sex, they aren't even sure of each other loving the other person. They go through so much drama but it's back to square one. After every 4th chapter there is a big fight, they reconcile but nothing is fixed

When I say I want my 30 mins back I am not joking. What a waste like my god why can't writers fix an end point for their story? Do they love the attention fans give that much? I feel bad for those readers who are still waiting for another 100+ updates to see the leads say I love you.

I hate when authors use something as huge as r!pe as a mere plot point for 'angst' -- I mean wtf? The trauma that comes with such an monstrous action stays with the victim forever.

But ew, this sounds like a particularly gross story. Author must be getting inspiration from those god-awful Wattpad stories I guess.

Atlst those stories you know what you are going. Those are for time pass when you are in that angsty mood. But this...they didn't even handle the assault well. You would think the leads separated because of that. Nope, it was another chindi reason. Like what was the point of rape then? Why do you use that, just for shock value?

I will bitch more so might as well get this off my chest - the another story i am/wa following of this same writer, it's been 60+ chapters and nothing has changed. The ml is hot and cold with the fl, fl has been in th worst health complications for months, you would think as a human he will atlst tell her if you need help i am here. Nope. Nothing. He gives no fcks. The ml is so cold and unbothered so when he said sorry for something it was so uncharacteristic. The writer is like well it's a slow burn...i think there is a point in fanfic it's not a fantasy you are writing. It's a chewing gum you are dragging on and on and playing with readers. Do you really need 100+ chapters for a love story where nothing happens?

I get so pissed at this ml and writer is like you will feel more angry at him in next updates. I was like okay so he will play this hot and cold nonsense more, being in 30-40s age in the story. Thanks for the heads up imma head out

Dude is apparently cm of a state idk konsa nalla cm hai ye. He speaks in Sanskrit, forced married a girl, had sex knowing she was in love with another guy, killed that guy too. Updates are always sex, he gets angry at something, she seduces him , repeat..till 70 ish chapter this dumbaas girl is so busy in that D , she still didn't find out her bf is dead.

I mean yeah fine man write that erotica I love that but don't sugarcoat p0rn in a story because there is no story. Everytime I read an update I feel this intense rage to throw something at wall. These stories be giving me high BP 🤣🤣🤣
