There is nothing to understand from the reel.

If you try to indicate any love, Krushal will start crying again on his Insta account about how he is single and he needs to burst the bubble of people shipping him offscreen with his co-stars .

There is no point analyzing his song choices etc. He just does random things as per his mood.
