Bringing up Tanya’s backless video is not to confront her on any certain issue but to unsettle her. I find such people reprehensible. For me a person reacting in anger or aggression is a 100 times better than a psycho.

As for backless or cleavage inducing videos, as far as I could see from those reels she was showing sari wearing videos which a lot of influencers do. Difference is they are skinny and have no cleavage and she does and there’s nothing wrong with it.

If she is holier than thou, call that out, sl** shaming her in return is what.

Even today she’s such an entitled vamp, who took a video from her dadi over a guy who has been there for two months as he was decent.

Tanya’s fault was indulging her - she thought she can pull a Baseer Farhana thing but kabhi kabhi zyaada gaming backfires.

I dont see anything wrong. Tanya has been playing a role how can malti tell about this to others without saying all if this.

Amaal might felt guilty indeed and angry at himself for

1. Having control over the situation and taking a decision which he felt good about and then later regretted that decision. How could he have misjudged the situation, in this case Farhana?
2. Again, no control over the severe pain and disappointment Neelam was going through.. Excessive crying, him not able to console, resolve/undo that situation. How to fix this now?

That sense of not being able to control the situation and the outcome, feeling pressurized, feeling blamed, there is no other way to have feelings of frustrations.

How you deal with that is another thing.. This is where he needs to work and grow in I suppose.

Aside of anger management training and therapy, I agree with Kunicka.. Amaal should start gym.. Start walking.. Boxing.. He needs to learn how to get rid of negative emotions, when doing gym exercises, your mind has no time to (over)think because it is in survival mode to get you trough the gym session. It will tire his body, and it will help his sleep rhythm.. And.. He will become fitter, have more energy.. Good for his singing, shows etc.

Also.. Did you know, when people start to become bigger, fatter, first place for fattening up is behind the tongue, throat area..

People who are not visibly fat may have fat there. You can recognize it more when they start to snore..
