In the original version, Kaveri falls for Balaraju because he saves her from the goons. But here, they inserted that giant wheel scene with all those over-the-top falling and hugging moments clearly added just to give cheap thrills to a certain section of the audience. I didn’t find anything romantic in it. No girl would ever feel comfortable being touched that way by a stranger.

Frankly at no stage of the story played out so far the flirting has fit in for me... i am new to this story as i didn't (and don't want to) watch the OG.

So, makers, please build the characters for new audience like me...

If i am supposed to 'get' the character from OG then i m not watching Art.. i am watching a science experiment whose readings have been already taken and noted into a lookup table...

Dub the OG serial then why bother remake???

Honestly...sometimes My blood boils when a romantic scene between Aviraj and Kajal pops up 😤. It’s infuriating and absurd how they try to paint that toxic, manipulative, and cruel guy as “romantic.”

This is a guy who destroyed her life—lied, manipulated, cheated, conspired to throw her in jail, and treated her like a pawn in his schemes. Every interaction he had with her was tainted with malice or selfish intent. And yet, the show dares to romanticize it with random SR scenes or Karwachauth celebrations that literally add nothing to the story but try to make the audience “root” for him.

What’s romantic in a horror story for any girl? Seriously, can anyone genuinely look at what he did and find it sweet, meaningful, or romantic? The logic of romanticizing abusers is beyond infuriating—it’s insulting to every viewer with even a shred of common sense and empathy. Kajal suffered immensely, and instead of letting the story explore her trauma, Palki keeps turning the narrative into cheap fan service with these hollow, glossy “romance” moments.

Honestly, I can’t imagine how any real girl could watch Aviraj and think, “Yes, this is love.” It’s not love; it’s manipulation, abuse, and toxic obsession—and romanticizing it makes the whole story feel completely irresponsible and sickening.

It’s one thing to show a grey or complex character, but it’s another to gloss over all the crimes he committed and try to make it “cute” or “romantic.” That’s where the story loses all credibility, and watching these scenes just makes my blood boil

It’s almost comedic—he wants to be taken seriously for this “long-awaited dream role,” while the audience is left cringing at a gunda with zero depth, zero subtlety, and zero charm. The irony is his acting potential could’ve shone in a nuanced, dark, layered character, but instead he’s stuck flaunting this… circus version of Aviraj. 🤡

Oh .. then i can go back not watching TV serials..

Its only for this guy, i have watched a good number of kkbt episodes with lot of fastfwding ofcourse.. picked up a bit of Bengali.. but i lost interest when i sensed trp stunts

Rishton ka Manjha i have nt given a try yet..

Ranu pelo lottery, youtube has only a few random episodes.. don't know how to get the full series.. but in those few episodes available i could not tolerate the theatrics of the mother character... too loud for me..

Watched Imlie also bcz Dibya ji has mentioned it a zillion times.. liked Sumbul's acting in the village.. and the actress playing Aditya's mother.. and also Mithi..

Tv serials otherwise i would mute the tv even if a promo showed up bcz i can't stand the lack of even basic realism...

Are you serious? You are showing me Tihaar Jail.. not some PG or girls hostel... your crime will be very minutely documented in jail records that you have killed this very Daya's wife, Aviraj is the eye witness and him being your husband has added the extra weight to his testimony against you in court.. So how and what will you hide from the Jail staff ??? In fact a meeting between the accused and the victim-side cannot happen the way you are showing like they are strolling in a park...

I need some realism even in fiction...can't tolerate otherwise... I get distracted and disinterested the moment i sense the lack of sense..

I am putting up with all this only for this guy..
