Comparing Sridevi's legendary double role performance in a movie which was made for mature audience and was ahead of its time to a completely bad and rejected performance of Alia?

Sometimes people win for box office duds too but that performance has to be something that has nationwide unanimous recognition, like Sridevi's Lamhe, or SRK's Swades, not sth so bad and forgettable as Alia in Kaachra oops Jigraa

Not that Filmfare had much credibility left for the past few years, but they sealed their fate as an absolute joke with this one. After all the backlash Filmfare and Alia received last year they decided to double down. I’m guessing when she posts about this one she’ll disable her comments again 😆

She didn't want Kriti to win. She knew Kriti was going to win so she lobbied the industry against her. This is why Kriti had no IIFA nomination and why she didn't win Filmfare when all bets were on her. 2024 was Kriti's banner year while Alia had a disaster at the box office. So Alia and Nagjo made sure that Kriti would not get a 2nd Filmfare to dilute her success. Remember Alia was so embarrassed on winning the National Award in a tie with Kriti that she wouldn't even talk about it on KWK.
