Yeah he did. The episode before he loses them. He would have been drugged and under it's influence lashes out at the team badly. While travelling to the crime spot along with Sakshi, he feels guilty and confesses to her that "this is the only family....." and that he is sorry for his actions and Sakshi assures him that the team looks upto him, understands he must be stressed and did not take his words to heart.

There was potential in the show till the time they started making Arjun look bigger than the team and holier than law and justified his twisted logic.

that sounds like good realization ...

and in short the show had potential until they turned Arjun to Anupama..
