It seems Shruti is putting her relationship with Aishwarya before Mannat (ARS manipulating her into it by constantly clinging to her). So Shruti’s presence is now seen as independent to Mannat’s.

What stood out to me was Ronnie addressing Vikrant about Mannat’s presence at the puja, not Shruti. It’s taken for granted he’s her custodian now 😂 even when she fainted and Vik was minding her in the outhouse.

Mannat has no proof and no-one believes a word she says, so the weakest link is Malla, even ARS knows that. So like her post poisoning ruse with Malla at the dining table, Mannat is attempting to work on Malla again by scaring her/playing on her conscience….. silly but the ghostly plan will be fun as Malla already is at her wits end of being implicated for ARS’ crime.

Just wish Mannat would keep quiet about her plans and not brag to ARS in particular. She should take a leaf from ARS who is the most secretive and (more) successful with surprise element.

Even when Mannat was attacked outside the court, in the kidnapping den by Keerat, Shurti made bare minimal effort to try and help Mannat . Officially Shurti can be added to Mannat lands "Mother India" list

Shazia you rightly pointed out...all of a sudden Vikrant has been granted the custodian status of Mannat by everyone.....they do not check with Shruti about Mannat anymore....she is there because she is sister to Ash...Mannat is considered now as solely Vikrants responsibility..not that I mind though

@Purplegirl wrote a great post earlier today about how Shruti’s character’s writing has been the most off in this track, and couldn’t agree more! She was fiercely protective and so scared of ARS pre-coma and now completely fallen by bechari Sonia’s acting….to almost abandoning and emotionally blackmailing Mannat now knowing what ARS is capable of (burning her alive!!). She supported Mannat to fight for Vik’s love during the DH track, ignoring how that would impact of Mannat’s reputation…..all very out of character.

@Betty “wonder if Shruti is also misunderstanding Mannat or she is choosing to ignore the obvious” hard to decide, other than writers convenience to suit the Anirudh track atm, hopefully we’ll have more clarity soon.

Bold: This is always done by almost every FL in other shows and then they end up with egg on their face and they repeat the same stupidity each time. It's then usually a dead giveaway that the FL is not going to win.
