I said G2 excused Maria when she was in her get Ar campaign. Since the show started it was shown that G2 was in love with Armaan. Why else was she around, and how would she be close to Maira if she discipline her, so she cater to her like Armaan and that's what even made it possible for Maira to see her as a mother figure.
