No, she didn’t. Her reasons for rejecting the other guys are her own problem to deal with. Choosing Ani would mean staying with him, not constantly running away and hiding from him. That is not choosing someone by any definition.

She just made lame excuses about claiming to love Ani or considering him her husband but her actions never backed up her claims with how she constantly insulted him whenever he tried to express his feelings to her.

But she always told them those 2 reasons. Either she is married to him or love him and can not love anyone else.

On the other hand if Ani was real about his feelings. He would have ended his relationship completely with Arshi. And then try to capture her heart.

- His family pressure him to marry Arshi ? He should end his relationship with her be independent from the house. Then he should approach jhanak.

- his family try to force him to sign the divorce papers ? He should refuse clearly. And dhow his love to her before them.

- Arshi return with child in her belly? He accept to take the child responsibility. But be clear about her relationship with her that he does not want her.

- Arshi make him sick and leave him to work while he is healing ? End his relationship with her clearly. And if there is any law related thing go to court and complete it.

- he and arshi are married because of the baby . And the baby is assumed dead. And does not have feelings for her ? Go to court and give her the divorce papers even if the divorce took year in the court.

And the list is long

Ani was always spineless when the real thing happen in this series. He just talk.

Why are you twisting the topic? You only said that Jhanak always chose Ani na? So give evidence for that first rather than writing long essay about what you think of Ani’s love.

That is a seperate topic. First please explain how Jhanak proved any loyalty either by constantly living as fake wife of other men? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

LoL...dear, you identified very good points...on which we, the older viewers made endless discussions...the reason to portray Ani this way is simply to give footage and upper hand to both the psycho sisters...i.e., Jhanak and Arshi...otherwise, in Indian telly soaps, very few male leads have such dynamic character development...Ani was the driving force of this story till episode 230, when he saved Jhanak from Tejas...his character was made 'spineless' so that the loser sisters can be portrayed in 'better' light...otherwise why a bonding like Runak, which was developed so well in the beginning is destroyed to serve a third angle and side character like Arshi?? The more we, Runak fans get to know the gen 2 now, the clearer it becomes that the motto of the makers was clear...build an ML character which most will fall for and then use him to give irrational footage to FL and PL without investing in the last two characters' development...but in doing so, makers have dug holes for themselves only! TV being a conservative women dominated medium, without developing FL and unnecessarily degrading ML will not give any long term success...thats why Jhanak lost its viewership...if Ani is degraded, it should have served some good purpose for Jhanak, considering the lack of creativity on the part of most TV writers to keep both ML and FL characters strong at the same time...here they degraded Ani, but at what cost? FL is not benefitted in anyway...instead the vamp is benefitted...so why will audience accept such nonsense???

Yeah she deffo has some political connections on her side seeing the level of obsequious behavior actors are doing around her…anyone praising or defending her script with a straight face is either a moron or desperate to curry favor with her due to her being well connected politically. Otherwise it makes no sense.

- after the motorcycle accident. She came back and gave him blood, prayed for him, and nursed him in hospital and home.

- when she thought she is pregnant. She ran out to him. But he did not accept. Adtiia told her he will accept the baby and her. But she told him she only love Ani.

- when she knew . She will be under operation. She told him about it. Because she thought he is her husband.

- When he was sick in the restaurant. She did not abandon him. And took him to the hospital, screamed in the emergency room for qualified doctor, prayed for him. Told his family she is his wife. And even rejected the same work arshi accepted in dubai. And even nursed him in his home as his wife. Clearly saying that.

- when he told her he has cancer to marry her and the marriage is his last wish . She accept despite the entire family oppossing her even shoton and boroma.

- after she run from her uncle gang . And think she killed one of them . And become the fake doctor wife. When every thing become clear and the doctor confessed to her. She wrote message to him and fled.

- same when she was found to be pregnant in the village. Prashar confessed and wanted to accept the child. But she told him she love only Ani.

I remember all the details because resently I watched the entire 652 episodes in less than 2 months. All the event fresh in my memory.

Lol I very well remember all these events too and you are selectively narrating them by leaving out all the times Jhanak lied to Ani to his face whenever he asked her if she loves him or when he tried to talk about his feelings.

If saving his life proves she chose Ani, then Ani also saved her life many more times than she saved his life. Yet you are not giving him any credit for that and claiming his love was fake while Jhanak supposedly loved and always chose him 🤷‍♀️🙄
