I wonder how Ranbir sees himself... the enumeration of his financially not successful movies would not be an argument - to me - against the image-label "superstar"...and Animal isn't the only sexist and over-violent Mainstream movie, just one with a very high boxoffice number... He played the leading role, but I would abstain from confounding the character he endorsed with the person Ranbir.

The same for Hrithik... I think he has already shown that he can do more than good action and it would be nice to watch him doing so.

To me, Ranbir, Hrithik and John (Abraham) are on the same level of being good Mainstream actors but also can do less commercial roles with convincing acting.

The problem with Hrithik, is that he's doing the same thing in these movies, and he also did it back in Bang Bang in 2014. There is no growth or change in his craft. Its the same rinse and repeat.

You could show me clips from Fighter, War or War-2 and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

He needs to reinvent himself. It worked in 2019 with Super 30. I think he needs a new PR agency as well.

Reinvention is the correct answer here
