I doubt Jay sent Shiv Prarthana photo, that guy is too unpredictable when it comes to his wife so, nope not Jay. Do you, remember what he said to Raunak after he told Shiv in his house Prarthana was talking lovingly to him

True he is totally unpredictable about it. Maybe after he saw her or after he fell for her he got a detective to find her pictures. But only Gayatri/Prarthana would give him photos. Or it was all along plan.

or remember he went to Zaveri house to lock rooms and house. He went into Raunaks room and saw the pictures and took photos on his phone. We just did not see that in that episode. It’s a high probability he took photos then of pre wedding photos.
