Have 7 days passed since you hibernated your account? If not, then that might be why you aren't being able to activate it. Additionally, if you haven't "confirmed" your email address that is on that account that might be causing the issue. I say "confirmed" in quotes cause I'm not sure what else to call it.


If you sent Vijay a PM, he may not respond right now. He's busy in moving the servers to India. If you want to give me your original account name, I can then ping him separately or tag him in here with the full details.

Oh then give it another day. IF's system may not recognize it as 7 days. If it still doesn't work, post your original ID here and we can bring Vijay in here instead.

We need the actor tags to be regularly updated, especially for debut / new actors in ITV.

For eg. We have tags for Sumbul but not for Rajat Verma even though he's not a debutant.

This was the same for Pocket mein Aasman. I could tag Farmaan Haider but not Abhika Malhar.

Unable to tag @/Vijay but yeah please look into this issue when time permits. :)

I am unable to delete PMs from my inbox and outbox … I think this inability may be related to the server migration. 🤔
