It's funny that the person who would defend the TRPs of Abhimaan centric tracks to hater is today using that same information to prove that all that TRP came only because of one character and nit the other? Because you now have developed a beef with the other character?

I do not want to defend the actions of any character or comment on what is being shown. Because no matter what I say, you will definitely twist my words to prove a point.

All I will say is that the makers have a team that tracks every day's TRP and that's their job. So no matter whether the online audience likes it, or anyone is disappointed with it, they will write tracks that will focus on the tigdi that actually matter and gets them TRP - Armaan, Abhira & Maira. By extension the other variable that consistently has given them TRP is Poddars drama. So yes, going forward it's quite visible that there is how the tracks are going to be shown. Now how that fits in your revised narrative I don't know, but my narrative still is what I have gathered, surprisingly from your old posts - that the leads woking together, facing whatever issue is thrown at them, that is what gets Rishta TRP

@red disagree, I have just categorically selected Abhira centric episodes or deal marriage episodes to strengthen my opinion with facts that courageous, brave and savior Abhira was liked by viewers. I neither mentioned Abhimaan 2.0 centric episodes nor gave credit of Abhimaan 2.0 centric episodes, solely to Abhira infact according to me, even if episode was Abhira centric, credit cannot be given to Abhira only. I didn't mention episode where Armaan suggested Abhira to abort (Abhimaan centric), Karwachauth episode (Abhimaan centric) or Baby swap track episodes, did I? There were so many episodes which truly had Abhimaan scenes like their long conversation after bsp truth reveal track near that hut but did I mention them?

If episodes centered around Abhira-Maira will be mocked for low TRP by Abhimaan fans, or if people say Armaan getting separated from child resulted in low TRP as TRP viewers love Armaan's character the most so they rejected father-daughter separation, I can mention my opinion too, as this wasn't the first confrontation by Abhira because of separation from child, nor this was the first time Ar was separated from child, to result in low TRP or for TRP viewers to reject the episode (as claimed by Abhimaan fans). I don't like Armaan's character anymore, but won't give credit of Abhimaan centric episodes (which were truly Abhimaan "couple centric" episodes) solely to Abhira or even credit of Armaan centric episodes to Abhira. Never called Abhir's IR episode with highest TRP Abhira/Abhimaan centric just because it was highest rated episode.

Can differentiate between Charu's death reveal episode and Ar-Krish confrontation episode, which was truly Armaan centric or which wasn't. Just because Charu's death reveal episode had highest TRP, with two Abhira's scenes but majorly family's mourning scenes, I won't term it Abhira centric or any particular character centric. If mentioning how brave Abhira or Abhira who had spark or fighting spirit or Abhira who didn't forgive easily was liked by TRP viewers, is disregarding Abhimaan centric episodes, which were completely different, then let it be. Few Abhimaan fans on X will give credit of highest rated episodes only to Armaan (which aren't even Armaan centric) as you mentioned giving sole credit to one character only, despite being shippers, but their opinion won't be questioned by mutuals...

I have no wish to counter anyone. Like I mentioned, I just felt it funny that many of the episodes you mentioned had the both of the leads together rather than focusing on just one. That's why I reacted the way I did.

Baaki while I will defend Armaan, even I know that he made a mistake. What's funny is that not just I know it, even the shows narrative shows it and even the character knows it and is working on making amends. That is what is working with the TRP audience. I feel the TRP audience want Abhira and Armaan to actually communicate rather than it be one way. They may want Abhira to question Armaan and Armaan to respond. That is why I am assuming the confrontation episode got a low TRP (2.0 & 1.8), while the video call episode got the highest TRP of that week. (2.2). Again this is my assumption

I know you enjoy analysing TRPs. But I would like to mention here that production houses have teams that do just this day in and day out. They know exactly what gives them TRPs and what doesn't, down to the actual scenes. They also know what works with the online audience and what doesn't. That is their job. So I do not know about others, but I have never attributed the TRP to any one character. It has always been situational for me and I maintain that tracks, characters and stories change overnight because while for us story and characters matter, PH and channel is only bothered about the TRPs - jiske audience hum nahi hai.
