In my opinion, Kareena Kapoor has delivered several powerful performances throughout her career that were truly deserving of the national awards. Her roles in Chameli, Omkara, Jab We Met, and even Heroine despite the film receiving mixed reviews stand out as strong examples of her range and dedication as an actress. I remember there was significant anticipation at the time for her to win accolades for some of these performances, yet she often went unrecognized. Regardless, National awards remain an important form of acknowledgment in the industry, and they hold value for celebrities, both in terms of validation and career recognition.

do you think she can win as well in the future?

I hope she does from the way she is taking her career to a phase where it only challenging for her i can only see her going strong and might someday she gets her overdue national award

She was doing 2-3 movies till last year. Now due to the robberry n her house, she has reduced her movies to 1 per year. She's scared to leave her children alone.

National award is not that coveted anymore

If Arjun Rampal,Sonam,SRK,Kriti can win then why not.

Why did you put SRK in that line? To intice his (positive) fans? He may not have had a role to your liking in Jawan but he surely deserves to have now a NA in his award list.

She deserved it for JWM. She was robbed for sure. That was a NA winning act but you know you don't need that stamp coz many NA winning acts have been forgotten, some even ridiculed but almost 2 decades later and we still talk about JWM and kareena's performance in it..that is the biggest award.

Yes bebo got close many times. We all shouted NA when heroine was announced and trailer was released but oh boy, we really did jinx that didn't we?

I have high hopes from upcoming meghna directorial opp Ayushman Khurana. Kareena hopefully will deliver a powerful performance. But it is too soon to say.
