Have you trimmed your video using the 2 sliders marked in red before clicking OK?

You need to trim to a particular scene you want to gif from the video.

You can preview your trimmed scene by clicking the play button before clicking OK.

i tried not working smiley24. Still long one coming out. at least 500 frames and layers

Is the video you're using a full episode? If so, that might be a bit tougher to trim on the photoshop trimmer.

I would usually trim my long videos before importing the video on photoshop by using the in-built video trimmer on Windows 10. If you're on Windows 11, I suggesting using an online video trimmer (not the Windows Clipchamp)

If it still doesn't work, would you mind sending me your video and mention exact scene?
