Is that ok with you though? It's not very high on my list, ngl, but I don't mind.

Or what about final girls?

Or the books are on oceanofpdf.com🙈

I checked my library, and there's like an 18 week wait for Final Girls and I think 4 weeks for The Matchmaker's List. I can check somewhere else too. 😼

We'll start Well behaved and then circle back to my list.

Agar tab tak I can add something else to my tbr, I'll do that

So american books are more easily available for you? I'll try to pick some of those then.

You can check the oceanofpdf.com site. It has most of the books in epub and pdf format

A picked a few more romance and mlm books. Hopefully these are available to you 🙈

I trust my IG algorithm because I just search for recs on the app and ChatGPT to give a proper summary😅

Top Ten Ways to Die – Hardy Boys Casefiles (160 pages; YA mystery, crime-solving brothers back in action; classic whodunnit vibes with some edgy suspense — nostalgic, fast-paced, and fun if you grew up on them).

Peril at End House – Agatha Christie (224 pages; mystery, Hercule Poirot; attempted murder, inheritance schemes, and red herrings galore — vintage Christie brilliance, with an ending that sneaks up on you).

^^ thanks Vera for these, incase you are stalking the thread🤭

The City of Pillars (Heaven #1) – Bhavini K. Desai (284 pages; fantasy/mythological fiction; a reimagined world of angels, gods, and politics — Indian mythology meets high fantasy with strong female leads and rich world-building).

The Marriage Game – Sara Desai (366 pages; rom-com, enemies to lovers, South Asian rep; she wants to start her business, he needs the office space, they clash... and sparks fly — banter, family chaos, and he falls first).

Hit Me with Your Best Charm – Lillie Vale (320 pages; rom-com, second-chance romance, friends with benefits gets complicated — sweet, a little spicy, and full of heart).

First Comes Like – Alisha Rai (432 pages; rom-com, fake relationship, influencer + Bollywood actor; a DM mix-up leads to a fauxmance — charming, swoony, and lots of cultural richness).

^^ i doubt you'll find these on kindle

They Both Die in the End – Adam Silvera (384 pages; YA contemporary, queer, emotional; two boys meet on their last day alive — heartbreaking but hopeful, with a huge focus on living in the now).

The Ex Vows – Jessica Joyce (400 pages; rom-com, second-chance, forced proximity; exes stuck together at a wedding (classic!) — lots of banter, emotional healing, and hilarious chaos).

Book Lovers – Emily Henry (384 pages; rom-com, rivals-to-lovers, bookish AF; literary agent and editor clash in a small town — layered, witty, and quietly devastating in the best way).

First Time Caller – B.K. Borison (360 pages; small-town romance, cinnamon roll hero; late-night radio calls lead to real-life feelings — charming, cozy, and gives big Gilmore Girls energy).

The Seven Year Slip – Ashley Poston (336 pages; magical realism, time-slip romance; one apartment, two timelines, one slow-burn — wistful, tender, and so achingly romantic).

Heartbreak Honey – Tammy Subia (300 pages; queer romance, healing after heartbreak; chaotic queer love story with found family, vulnerability, and lots of messy feels — bold and honest).

Beneath the Indigo Sky – R. Hawnthrow (320 pages; fantasy, soft-sci-fi romance; dreamy worldbuilding meets introspective love story — slow, lyrical, and a little melancholic in a beautiful way).

Husband Material – Alexis Hall (432 pages; rom-com, British humour, gay MCs; Luc and Oliver return in chaos-mode as every friend starts getting married — wedding madness + emotional growth + tears of laughter).

You’re a Mean One, Matthew Prince – Timothy Janovsky (288 pages; queer holiday rom-com, grumpy-sunshine; spoiled rich kid forced to lay low in a small town... and falls hard — festive, frothy, and secretly deep).

Kiss Her Once for Me – Alison Cochrun (368 pages; sapphic holiday romance, fake dating; Ellie fake-engaged to a guy, but secretly crushing on his sister — cozy, queer, with pining and snowflakes and second chances).

Thank you!!

Marriage Game is about 1-2 weeks wait, so if you're willing to start a little later, we can do this one.

I think the Lillie Vale one is a new release, so no copies available at the library yet. (All her other books are readily available though.)

I actually have Book Lovers!!

Heartbreak Honey is on KU!!!

Kiss Her Once For Me also available at the library, I can probably borrow it right now!

How much time does it take for you to read a 300 pages book? Coz incase you don't get MG we can pick between the two backups

P.s. incase you didn't realize by now, I tend to overthink and overcomplicate a lot

If I really like it, I could probably finish it in two days. If I don't vibe with a book, it takes me a least a week (usually, there have been some outliers, but we don't have to talk about that smiley37).

You're not overcomplicating anything at all! I just hope we both get to read something we like!

Lmao, same. So we'll do that 3-4 chapters a day thingy, na? We'll finish in about 10 days. If the book gets interesting we can increase chapter count. We have to discuss naa, isiliye

I might start either today or tomorrow, but I'm definitely good with 3-4 chapters a day. I think discussion-wise, one of us can just ask if the other has finished the chapter yet, and then we can discuss. Do you want to do every five chapters or maybe ten? Or like, whenever there's something we want to talk about in the book, we can just get on here?
