Just the last part about "trusted circle". That is the exact thing I am apprehensive about. Rutuja was always more close to Sayli than to Arunita during the period that Arunita's time at Choklate overlapped with Sayli's and Rutuja's. Your competitor's good friend being your manager - I just hope everything remains professionally above board.
