Geetanjali vs Abhinav - Page 3

Gen3, it was balanced, if they showed Abhinav-Akshara with Abhir then there was Aroohi-Abhimanyu with Ruhi. Both side leads was a parental figure to a child whether it’s their own or not.

Here Gen4, only Geentajli-Armaan was with Maira where as Abhira was suffering and cursing herself for years. This makes Armaan at fault. Agree Geentanjali has no fault but neither does Abhira so why should she give up her mothers right.

The only difference between Nav& G2 is she isn't manipulative & self victimizer.... She is upfront..

He didn't know his kid is alive. But nav has to know there is a father for this kid right. Did he even ask if that father is dead or alive? He respected akthu wishes didn't pry doesn't mean he wasn't in the secret

Maira should live with both parents. Uprooting for her life isn't right. No kid should stay for only one parent unless the other parent is abusive or just not mentally fit

It's all new and overwhelming for abhira but she will understand that geetu herself Arman everyone is needed for the baby. The kid comes first above everything

Regarding nav vs geetu, it's the hypocrisy of people that she's a psycho apparently. Didn't see this for the best husband and father navji. If geetu crying and being possesive for maira is somehow psychotic, why same thing isn't applicable for nav? Even geetu has to know maira has a mom but she maybe didn't ask or arman didn't tell. Nav and geetu is same for me. Marital status doesn't matter to me

Oh hell no, G2 is manipulative. What she has been doing is being manipulative.

I'm not in for debate if she or Nav was worse. But she's no innocent victim, atleast not since the past few days.

What I’m comparing is Abhira and Abhimanyu cases, they aren’t the same and hence can’t be compared.

I was reading comments on who is Geetanjali to call Maira her daughter, how can she comment on where she should be but didnt Armaan make her the "mother" like Abhira made Abhinav the "father"? How was he hailed for calling Abhir his son and loving him like that, fighting the custody battle like that, telling off Abhimanyu as that, but Geetanjali is a witch for doing the same?? Isn't this just genders reversed situation? Or am I missing something?

IF people had been saying she can't be mean to Abhira since here she wasn't the "toxic" one, I would still understand, but her claiming Maira as her own isnt something I see wrong in, the same way I never found Abhinav wrong in claiming that, I found other things wrong.

But I feel its not really an apt comparison between Abhinav and Geetanjali.

Since the basis of the separation track is quite different. In Gen 3, Abhi ousted Akshara, and even after trying multiple times she could not reach Abhimanyu, and he was not willing to listen to her, so she broke off from him completely and started a new life with Abhinav. Plus, Abhinav kind of also saved her kid during the storm.

But whereas for Geetanjali, she was neither married to Abhimaan and Abhira did not break off from Armaan, it was him who stole the kid and ran away from her, not even giving a chance to Abhira to explain herself.

Sure, both Abhinav and Geetanjali took care of the kids like their own, but the circumstances were more in favour of Abhinav in gen 3 than for Geetanjali.

ABHINAV didn’t act selfish or possessive…he is the one who told ak to tell truth…he is the one who included manyu as abhir’s father even when ak didn’t approve…he didn’t behave like a psycho what taking kid and run away….he and ak did try to tell manyu about abhir..but neither geetu or armoron did it…..abhinav did feel insecure but never stopped ak or abhir to interact with manyu...there is no comparing between geetu and abhinav….

As someone who liked Abhinav-Abhir I'll say I don't see that bond or connection much between Maira-Geetu Maybe it's the writing or acting I don't know because Jay was also not the best actor n as I rewatched NavAbhir scenes I realised he ruined many impactful scenes with his bad acting Still I like Abhinav-Abhir but something is missing in Geetu-Maira

Maybe it's the actress's acting n the Oscar worthy writing combined

Other than that if I only read about Geetu-Maira story I agree that even Geetu is Maira's mother specially coz both Geetu n maira chose to love eo as mother-daughter None forced them into being eo's family Theirs is also Dil ka rishta Even if they say that TrashMaan never replaced Abhira or gave any right to Geetu in Maira's life but truth will remain that he used Geetu's kindness n Geetu-Maira's attachment n love for eo to freeload on G n her dadu n also got help in raising maira He knew what he was doing n still let maira bond with geetu as her mother figure Only saying dialogues but his actions differ

Difference between Abhinav n Geetu I feel will be that Geetu will be the Villain while Abhinav was not as per cvs which I think is wrong Its TrashMaan's crimes why should the 3 females suffer due to him or turn into a Vamp to show that he is not wrong

It would have been wonderful if further story was that TrashMaan rots in jail or hell or wherever n Abhira n Geetu both raise Maira since Maira loves geetu n she'll definitely love Abhira as well someday after she realises that she was also a victim of her good for nothing father's karam kaands

Where did abhinav included abhimanyu as father ? On Abhir's birthday from where he picked up the kid and ran away because he got insecure ? During surgery because that could be only done by Abhimanyu and that too because he was a doctor..Fact is whenever abhinav saw abhir n abhimanyu together his face had shown his insecurities and then he used to play victim card to show himself bichara which he wasn't..
