Abhir’s act reminded me of something that happened in my family. I lost my nani two years back. I was her fav, her first grandchild and her only granddaughter. She had gotten tumour in her kidney which we hadn’t told her.. she wanted to meet mumma and me and after my exams we went to meet her. I remember throughout the conversation she had held my hand. And next day she passed away. It’s like she was alive just to meet us once.. Initially I was very angry, I somewhere blamed myself ki yaar nahi aate milne, ya kuch time baad aate she would’ve fought with her illness and would’ve been alive with a hope of meeting us. But then my mom told me that’s not how life works.. for someone who’s battling with death, they deserve that peace.. they deserve to see their loved ones one last time, it gives them contentment ki unke baad bhi sab teek hoga.. adhuri khwaishon ke sath marna is more painful. So Abhir’s wrong here.. Charu deserved to meet her family and for the first time I feel bad for her..
