Yes, there is no child in this marriage and she is basically maritally raped daily cuz they've shown in multiple scenes she is uncomfortable with marital intimacy but this abusive husband of hers demands his "rights" every night from her in the room.

There is no basis at all for Ishani to be sticking around for this bakwaas....Leena just wants to show that most women would rather erase their self-respect to have material comforts like a house to stay in rather than choosing the path of earning even one paisa with your self-respect and dignity intact which even the most menial day laborer would get get compared to such a marriage.

Problem with Leena, as far as I could understand, is that she shows these issues and individuals like Ishani's husband and Arshi exist in society who exploit their positions, but she never shows these individuals serving for their sins...karma never hits back in Leenaverse..instead these filthy individuals are rewarded every single time, in one way or the other..example...Arshi was saved from a womaniser like Siddharth at the right time which allowed her to regain her claims of Anirudh Bose's wife, which ultimately made her life super luxurious and easy...this is problematic at many levels..
