I think bullying face to face is worse because it can get physical and there is no escape.

You can report and block cyber bullying online and keep your account private. They may not know you personally

It is true to an extent. When you are critiquing someone to their face, there is a high probability that you know them and the reason for their displeasure. But, on the internet, as your identity is anonymous lot of people bully others for no reason which might hurt the recipient of the hate even more.
