Promo se to lag raha hai rishab is not involved in this, par kon jane! Even the last promo, it seemed he was talking to someone but so far they haven't revealed anyone else in this badla. Also I don't understand why he would do all this to simply put bhagya's family in trouble. Vo toh normally bhi kar sakta hai with the money he has.

Rishab ka voiceover says pyaar karne wale nahi karthe. So he might have done it but getting affected again when he sees bhagya. Or usne nahi kiya and he is feeling bad that kyin nahi kiya
