Even I don't speak Marathi but I can understand it. I watched it on a whim but it was worthwhile the actors were perfectly chosen n there was no over the top acting from any of them.
Hindi version has actors who are mismatched like for example jhende yesterday made me feel Arya is some spineless sidekick. Where marathi version jhende always felt like a loyal sidekick.
exactly😭 yesterday’s zende’s part was so weird Arya’s character felt like a sidekick, that ain’t how best friends have a convo, the same sequence in marathi ver happened very gracefully, zende just questioned Vikrant so that he gets to think about what’s happening with him not like here where Arya was lashed out by zende😭…the core strength of TPR was the ensemble cast, they all were so fit for the role, Subodh did awesome portraying Vikrant spl 1st half was chef’s kiss, Gayatri as Isha did great convincingly looked like a simp for Vikrant, even Myra, Zende, Jaydeep actors were so good in what they did…
Hindi ain’t nowhere near the original, it’s after-all a weak adaptation of original…
