Actually the problem is these characters themselves don't respect their profession as well a education. Except a few in previous generation all leave their career and prefer to glorify gareebi .

Abhira should have been a successful lawyer and success is not earning money but at least she should have some cases but she failed. Armaan ki to hobby hai apna career change karna and the way he used to insult his employer while he was an RJ itself shows how much he respects his profession.
