When Raunak was spitting poison about his and prarthana 's affairs...Smita was standing there mute didn't say anything..The moment he was done with his poison.. Shivansh was totally broken..tears falling from eyes and blood oozing out from his wounds..Smita went towards him running shouting "Shivansh bete . Shivansh bete.." wiped his blood and tears with her saree pallu..hugged her and let out a hysterical cry .

Shivansh pulled her away and left...

Then Smita is asking Raunak," why did you lie about prarthana to Shivansh..he is so broken" and slapped raunak...

If she cared this much why was she standing mute instead of shutting raunak up when he was speaking

This is such a ghatiya way to separate them before they even confess their feelings for one another. It’s so cheap even for writers to show something like this over and over again.

Or unless like Appnapan they show the ML lets people believe what they are showing is true but then when he gets a turn to expose the villians he does with a bang.

He had said I never stopped trusting Pallavi and I know the affair video is fake . I was just gathering evidence to prove it to the world whether we together or not I will never loose my trust in her.

I hope Shivansh shows his trust in her and they expose the culprits together.

But I love the way they addressed Shivansh marrying Prarthana by deceit as Karma. Because what he did was indeed wrong and he needs to pay for his stupid revenge trick and earn Prarthana's love with honesty .

She hugged Shiv and phut-phut ke rone lagi.. That moment was not bad honestly but I would've liked it better if she had told him not to fall for that nalayak's lies. But she remaind quite the whole time and opened her mouth only after he left heartbroken

That woman needs no redemption same with her son , she is just here and there no definite position . If you want to be good do it right , why act like a clueless person

They fight was well-written, I liked how first Raunak tore into him for doubting Prarthana and then flung mud at her and dragged her into this mess (forget love, he doesn't even consider her a person to agree to this plan). Shivansh didn't believe him, until he did, mostly because there were gaps in the narrative (he doesn't believe his staff can be so incompetent to allow Raunak to easily go in and out of Randhawa house) and ultimately his guilt, insecurities, and abandonment issues broke down the last of his defenses.

As far as character assassination tracks go, this was nicely executed, although I don't see a reason for it since Prarthana is already set on leaving him and sacrificing her love.

Evil winning is a bhagya trait, none of KKB or KDB love stories ended on a happy note with evil being defeated (especially KKB, KDB gets a pass because it only had one generation).

Prarthana should shut the door on both Randhawas and Zaveris and let them fix their messes. Shiv is a different matter, she can still care for him but keep her distance until he earns the right to be with her, and I still want some angsty hurt-comfort, missed chances, unspoken words etc between them, and we should get those otherwise there will be nothing left to watch, but she shouldn't reconnect with Raunak or others.

She is just trying to fix something that she didn't break and getting hurt by it again...and again

After witnessing how devoted she was to him during the entire sniper track and hospital track...how she did not care about her own life and was ready to even die while saving him...then Raunak telling that their affair started when he was at the hospital...and if they show Shivansh believing it....And while all the character assassination and certification was going on, prarthana was not even present there

That entire thing was so triggering to another level
