There can be no excuse or justification for what KP did, she witnessed Abhira's pain and longing for her daughter for years. KP also betrayed Abhira. But whatever KP did wasn't out of her character or her reason was less pathetic. She tried to think practically, tried to protect Abhira, but became cruel. KP is nobody to decide for Abhira, but wasn't she always like that? Taking decisions for others, no matter how cruel or destructive they are, has been her core characteristic. Now she also flipped and believes that Abhira must know the truth but she won't herself blurt out the truth, as suddenly, Armaan is the right person to reveal the truth.
