I am agreeing with you. Your 1st paragraph pretty much sums it up. Let’s be honest, none of the ITV shows are really worth getting emotionally invested in.

Life can be tough sometimes, and we all need a bit of distraction. I can’t speak for others, but for me, BALH is just that, a time pass, an escape from reality and more importantly a chance to interact with people here and have a laugh at someone else’s expense.
