Funny that akshara even loved stranger kids and prioritized them over neil and her unborn kids which costed death of one of the child

Aur idhar uski beti is shouting on that one child who is just wants to make her happy that too after giving gyaan how ruhi should be become mathashri just after loosing her child. Idhar it's almost been 7 years.
