I simply agree in superficial similarities...if one doesn't look beyond the movie Animal, one will see only those superficial similarities with that movie... action movies belong to a genre and Dhurandhar will be very different from Animal, I suppose even though belonging to the same genre... the former being a spy-action-thriller film, the latter an action-drama one.

Visually also the age gap is visible. They could have cast a woman of mid 20's for the role even if the script requires a teen.

Seen the teaser about 20 times. Dhar has knocked it out of the park. My most awaited Hindi film atm.

Actor Arjun Rampal is over-the-moon with the response he is getting for his first look in the upcoming film “Dhurandhar”, which he said isn’t like anything like he has seen before.

Arjun said: "This film isn’t anything like I have seen before. It’s a well-researched and fantastically made film with every department of the unit putting in their best. I hugged Aditya soon after seeing the incredible outpour of love.”

He added: “The story carries a certain level of grudge and grey shade, and that is something very new and unseen for the audience. I couldn't believe the way Aditya Dhar pulled it off and made all of us look unbelievable."

I know it has a strong supporting cast but my eyes are obviously going to be mainly on Ranveer. Super excited to see broody and a man of few words portrayed by Ranveer. He is already looking extra delicious in the few glimpses we get to see of him in the trailer just sitting by himself contemplating, lost in thoughts etc. Though there is a lot of violence by and around him, his demeanor seems to be of calm and quiet which is going to be an amazing and interesting watch. 5 th December, waiting!
