That last ball has tilted the session. But it will still be India's. 22.3 overs | 103 runs | 1 wicket. Rahul is nearing his hundred. The deficit is now 139 with 6 wickets in hand. But this could have been so much better if the 141-run stand was unbeaten. England tried everything in this session - they were disciplined in the early parts, tried the short ball later on and even brought on spin, but nothing worked until India decided to gift them a wicket on the stroke of lunch. Rahul and Pant were in complete control right through but a moment of hesitation has cost them. England will be upbeat when they take the field after the break because they know there's an opening now with India's lower-order struggling in the series. The post-lunch session is going to be an interesting one. Back in 35 with all the action..

Yes, in a test match, run-outs are very rare, because, there won't be any hurry to score runs. I expected him to score another century. Very unfortunate.

Congratulations to Rahul for his wonderful century, which is noteworthy because, he came as an opener and he is there to take care of the innings.

Second hundred of the series for the Indian opener who continues to do a brilliant job at the top of the order. He scored a hundred at Lord's on the previous tour as well, and India went on to win that game. And he's putting the team in a good position this time too. 141kph, good length ball just outside off, Rahul prods forward,

Jofra Archer to Nitish Reddy, no run, more chaos in the running between the wickets, and Reddy enjoys another lucky break!

Jadeja is renowned for his ability to force other batsmen to run out!

TestBuff: Over the moon for KL Rahul. Another gem from Karnataka. Those who know him only from IPL do not know that he came through the grind of Ranji cricket scoring heaps of runs for Karnataka in the 2000s.
