lol divorce can not be a reason to seperate a child from another spouse. Divorce is the option given by court if ppl can not stay together.if you feel divorce is wrong then you should raise a pil and fight against it in court to stop that option. There are many ppl in the world who gets ugly divorce on day to day basis but nobody gets rights to seperate the child from other spouse.
Armaan and akshara will never get sympathy from me. Abhinav will also never get sympathy from me. If tomorrow someone steals my child or keeps the child with them even after knowing the child is not theirs and real parent is waiting for it and sacrifices their sleep and raises them its not my mistake they are still criminals as per law. As i executed my right to divorce toh tum kyun chori kar rahe ho. Is it written in law book that as soon as i divorce i will loose rights to keep child?
The only difference g2 being neighbour may not have enquired abt personal life or armaan but abhinav was happily replaced abhimanyu even after knowing he was very much alive. He equally was part of changing birth certificate along with criminal ak sharma.
If giving divorce is crime then no couple can have piece of mind and here many ppl wanted abhira to divorce armaan for humiliation she gets on daily basis. If divorce is the basis for seperating child from another spouse then will you agree whoever signs divorce paper first should give up custody too. ? No matter reason for divorce can be death, abuse etc. Usne divorce kiya so she deserves it.
Divorce is definitely not a sin or a crime, but divorcing your partner in impulse, as punishment, when they are at lowest is, as people mostly regret later on. But yes, that doesn't give anyone the right to separate father/mother from child.
