Umm. I am confused. 2014...was 11 years ago.... Sara is 20 years old today?
So, am I supposed to go back in time and be like 'OMG this girl was 9 in 2014 ' What exactly am I supposed to do with this information? I am supposed to think about how a 20 year old was 9 years old 11 years ago? My brain isn't braining with this one.
Should I also think about how she was 1 years old in 2006?

The teaser had created a big impact, whatever peoples opinions may be about the teaser, they are talking about it and they know about it, teaser did it's job 
They definitely haven't copied something of the story...as for Ranveer's look: wasn't it written that he plays an undercover agent to infiltrate a terrorist group? So, I guess, this hair-and-beard style is because of that. Ajit Doval having other orders to fulfill may then have a complete other styling, too.
If this film 'clicks' with the masses, then maybe we get to see Ranveer as the spy Doval furthermore.
What look were people expecting ranveer to have? Short hair and clean shaven? He is undercover and likley trying to fit into a terrorist group, thats why he has this look. And ranveer already adopted a similar look way before animal when he played khilji, so he isnt copying anyone
