Did they just film the content that they want to show in the trailer itself? To see if people will like it? And if they don't, they will simply not make the film?

Why is a teaser coming out 1.5 years before its release? Seems really odd to me.

i normally do not like to see anything before movie release.

but some highly anticipated movies trailers, teasers, whatever do come way before movie release.

so ramayana could be one of them.

imagine the hype and then there is responsibility of delivering

but i believe almost everyone will see this moviegood or bad.

They may have spent all the money on a few minutes of the film. It will take much more money and one and a half years more to complete the rest of the film. That kind of AI/ VFX is expensive and time consuming.

my concern is i hope that 3 mins is not Al generated
