I think I am talking about the giraftar series not the letter one (but am not sure). As I vaguely remember, Shreya in self defense shoots a critical suspect who CID needed for further investigations. Somewhere along the lines Daya was shot on the arm, blame came on Abhijeet. Daya gets kidnapped too, I think. Daya on a phone call even says that Abhijeet shot him etc etc... That was the episode when I had started getting a little swept away from her.

That episode too actually she misshot and that person dies who could have lead them to their boss and shreya gets guilty that due to her they missed the lead and daya told her to calm down it happens at times later abhi sir question her why it happened goli chalane ki kya jarurat the and stuff jyda se jyda goli lag jate something like this shreya gets into more guilt daya sir tried to calm him down that we will do something about it aisa kuch and then abhi sir was like shreya ki jgah purvi hoti would you have said same thing tab daya sir looses his cool moreover they were anyway having argument over some money bag jo daya sir ke ghar se chori ho gya tha which was btw revealed to ACP sir by sachin

2nd paragraph - i think we are talking of different episodes. I don't remember the name of the epi that I am talking about, unfortunately. It was when Abhijeet was planning to take a transfer and leave because he couldn't tolerate the friction with Daya.

As for Daya's fault being bigger in the Shreya's wedding fiasco - absolutely agree. His silence destroyed what could have been.

3rd paragraph - I am not a big fan there either. For me, I think a show like CID can survive without romance. It does not necessarily have to have it but meh 😐

Let's just go with, i couldn't connect with the ship 🤷‍♀️

As far as post daya sir ki kidnapping wala part is concerned actually daya sir ka blood stain was in abhi sir ki pant and jo goli unko lge the that was shot by abhi sir ki gun forensic report se it was revealed in sab

Shreya ne jab Abhijit ko arrest karne ki try ki na tabhi usne apni asli aukaat dikhaa di thi so uska gaddari Krna was not surprising
