I think it’s coz Ekta always emphasizes on bhagya, soul connection and signs between her main couple right from the start. That’s probably why they avoided showing Shivansh exchanging rings with anyone else, it might have felt off.. especially since he’s the future ML. So sangeet was kinda a safer option . Like how in her other shows too, even when ML is getting engaged to someone else, the ring somehow always ends up on the FL’s finger

Only today I was thinking that Kzk2 had one trp hit track where Prerna fought back and showed Komolika and Anurag their place. I wish Prarthana does that.

Isn't he the ML of a show on Star Plus? How can he come as a cameo? And why now, how will he even recognize her?
