What are people complaining about? It’s not like Aamir plagiarized the other movie. The other movie is duly credited for. On the other hand a good chunk of Sharukh’s hits were outright plagiarized from the Hollywood movies be it a Baazigar or the 2000s Chak De India or Jab tak hai jaan, go take your complaints to him if you care so much about credit stealing. Remaking is not a crime while stealing without crediting the source is the worst crime.

CDI isn't a remake btw ik that baazigar was a remake of a kiss before dying but that was in the 90s but this is now 2025 and audience is now fed up with remakes there are video about it do check it

More than half of SRK’s movies are blatantly plagiarized. CDI is frame to frame copy of a popular sports movie Miracle which released in 2004 starring Kurt Russel. Not only did they copy the content, the main lead copied even the mannerisms of Kurt Russel. They thought no one would notice if they just Indianized it.

Baazigar is NOT a remake. It’s a blatant robbery of someone’s intellectual property. No rights were bought. There is a difference.

Some of the movies he blatantly plagiarized from, and shamelessly stole the credit from:

Jab tak hai jaan in 2011 ‘The End of Affair.

Baazigar- kiss the girls

Mohabbatien- dead poets society

Main hoon na- never been kissed, fight back to school

Chalet chalte- fools rush in

Josh- west side story

And there are more like Badshaah, Duplicate etc which you can search for yourself. The thing is, the guy built an entire career on plagiarized content.

JTHJ was a love triangle movie and end of affair was about ema samar moved on from meera and fell for akira also hindi remakes in 90s and 00s happened until mcu & streaming services came
